File Types Manager for Windows NirSofts File Type Manager is a relatively advanced tool for adding or modifying options for how files of any kind are handled in the Windows user interface, like default action or right-click menu. Much more useful than Microsofts own controls when you really need to change something. GPU-Z GPU-Z gives detailed information on the graphics part of your system, like technical specs and sensor readouts.
